I am an advocate of overall happiness and wellness. I like to focus on the emotional mental, and social aspects of personal wellbeing. I believes in building relationships and trust with clients, to foster a strong connection. I use an individualized, holistic approach when working with clients, by integrating clients’ background, and personal experiences to support their personal and professional goals. Through empowerment, I hope to work with clients to redefine the meaning of success, and focus on techniques that work best for them.

I also provide coaching services to early-career professionals and college students. Having over 15 years of experience in higher education administration, I have worked to help college students and professionals discover their personal goals.
