About Me

My unique background of neuroscience, corporate management experience, being an expat and a mom have all played a role in creating my foundation as a coach. Neurosciences gave insight into the depths of human minds, corporate experience acquainted me with industry and management practices while living abroad fostered adaptability and multilingualism - essential ingredients for navigating international cultures. Most importantly however is that motherhood has given me my identity´s true purpose alongside creativity and flexibility.
Allowing these experiences to shape me as an individual laid foundation stones in reorienting my career towards coaching.
I am currently at the end-phase of my coaching education and I am focussing in gaining the coaching experience.
I'm passionate about helping people uncover their true strengths, gain clarity on their purpose and reclaim themselves. I believe that when we embrace our unique abilities, we can become agents of positive change in the world around us.
My mentoring and coaching philosophy revolves around the universal principle of achieving great complexity through simple elements. This philosophical approach is underpinned by action and change, which I believe is best achieved one-step at a time in order to ensure greater success. My language is kept simple and my methods uncomplicated, forming the basis of my practice when helping people reach their goals. Open, honest, curious and flexible mindset, and a strong, trustful relationship with the client based on the ethical practice represent the key elements of my coaching and mentoring practice.
My coaching practice persists under a simplistic and problem-free, interaction-based framework based on a solution-focused approach. Focusing on and embracing “what works” and doing more of it is one of the lead elements of this positive, enjoyable and empowering concept.
