Mahesh is a professional having over 25 years of leadership experience in multinational tech companies, start-ups, and JV companies in Singapore. In his last position as a Asia-Pacific Director he was responsible for Japan, India, China and Singapore tech centers with strength of 1200+ engineers, Software Developers and Managers.

Mahesh is a Business Masters from State University of New York, an accredited Board Director from Singapore Institute of Directors, and a founder of start-up in Singapore. His professional journey is complemented by a profound commitment to coaching and mentoring, having enriched the leadership and personal development skills of teams across Japan, Singapore, and India. Mahesh has a passion of public speaking on the topics such as technology, leadership and self-development. He has completed 35 hours of training as a practicing coach in Singapore.
