About Me

Leveraging 23+ years of experience in risk consulting and banking with a passion for personal development and a deep interest in helping clients gain clarity, build confidence and pursue what’s most important to them.

I have 20+ years of experience working for global organisations such as Arthur Andersen, KPMG, UBS and Standard Chartered Bank in the fields of risk consulting and banking. The desire to have my own business led me to tap into my deep interest in coaching as a second career, and my work is aligned with my core values around freedom, impact and creativity.

I have multiple coaching credentials. I am constantly co-creating unique and enriching coaching experiences together with my clients. I specialise in building confidence, change-management, leadership development and overcoming anxiety.

In my personal life, I enjoy travelling, reading, photography crafting and reading crime fiction.

My outlook in life is best described by the word ‘self-leadership’. To me, having self-leadership is about living your life from the core of who you are – your values and purpose. It is about acknowledging that you have the responsibility for creating the life you want. It is about you believing in your own ability to guide yourself to achieving your goals through action that aligns with your values and purpose.

I focus on coaching you as a whole person, who you are right now and who you want to become. Together, we identify where you want to get to and strategies to overcome what stops you from getting there. Remember, you are not broken, and do not need to be fixed.
