About Me

When I started my first coaching business in 1995, I often ended up writing marketing materials for my clients, because they got stuck. In 2000 I segued into a full-time writing business, but quickly realized that most of my clients had never dug into the fundamentals of their businesses and could not supply me with the depth of information I needed to write effective materials. So...to complement my writing business, I included coaching in my services again, this time focused on messaging and communication.

On a personal note, I grew up in Northern Ireland and still have the accent to prove it. I've lived and traveled in many different countries and now have my base in sunny Santa Barbara, in Southern California.
