Hi! My name is Coach Pat Mallari and I help professionals like you find clarity and purpose in your career so you can attract the opportunities you truly want.
While our career is not the center of our lives, it takes up a good 80% of our brain space. So whenever we’re lead to whine and complain about our jobs, our personal life gets affected too.
I want to help you to find fulfillment in your career. I know how much it sucks to see your career as a burden and it is my mission to help take you out of that.

VerifiedI did my discovery call with Pat today and I honestly did not know what to expect. Ive been burned by a callous psychologist in the past so I was a little wary, but Pat was a great listener who asked questions that made me feel like she genuinely wanted to see where I am at and how she could help me. She was empathetic and professional and extended graciously extended kindness I was not expecting. If youre scarred by previous experiences with mental health professionals, try a session with Pat. She might just be the angel you need to help you figure life out.

She was not just listening but you could also feel how careful she was with her words and questions-- questions that would make you realize that you are also capable of making answers to your own life questions. Pat has been super helpful in my journey. She made it feel like that was really my time, she focused on me and my thoughts. She asked simple questions that were quite difficult to answer for me, but those questions helped me find my answers. The conversation I had with Pat was very meaningful and truly made a lot of sense. I also love how she would refer back to the things I said and even quote me which tells me that she is really present and wasnt just listening. She was with me through it all.
