About Me

I am an international Stress Management Consultant and Transitional Life Coach. I have an Advanced Certification in Christian Life Coaching. My passion is to improve the quality of life of my clients by providing the tools needed to prioritize and minimize stressors in order to achieve their goals and become the best they can be. I have approximately 20 years of experience in Emergency Services as a Volunteer Firefighter, EMT-Intermediate, 911 Telecommunicator, and Training Officer. I majored in Psychology at Liberty University, specializing in Crisis Counseling. I have training in: Critical Incident Stress Management, Leadership & Influence, Decision Making & Problem Solving, Effective Communication, and Peacemaking & Conflict Resolution. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the International Christian Coaching Association. My sessions, which can take place in person or remotely via webcam or telephone, are about listening to your needs and striving toward practical change in the areas you desire to focus on intently. I will look at your particular situation, pinpoint the areas that need focus, and seek practical solutions to overcome obstacles. Together, we will develop strategies and plans, and adjust those goal strategies as needed. Email and phone support are available between sessions.
