About Me

"Private Victory precedes Public Victory" (Covey). This underpins my coaching philosophy. We live in two worlds: the inner World which consists of our beliefs, perceptions, perspectives, future visions etc. This is the World where everything is inside of our control and we can choose to revisit and alter old beliefs or faulty patterns based on ever escalating levels of self-awareness and consciousness. If we can master our inner World, our outer World will mirror it! Leadership is not a title, it is an experience. In order to be an impactful, transformative leader one needs to be credible. Integrity & Consistency produce Credibility. We cannot give to others what we do not have. Personal Integrity & personal accountability need to be internally mastered before it can be externally experienced. This is inside-out living and leading and not outside-in (which is not sustainable). As your Coach, I will be able to highlight specific disconnects between these two Worlds, helping you understand how where you are at or not internally connects or disconnects with where you want to be or no longer want to be, be it sabotaging habits, conditioned thinking or a situation or context gone consciously or unconsciously stagnant. Conscious Leadership requires Authenticity. Authenticity permits vulnerability. I am your chosen containment space for you to safely express your Leadership and other vulnerabilities. As your coach and transformation partner, my role is to assuage your fears and self-doubt. My academic background entails a BA degree, having majored in English & Psychology, a Post Grad Qualification in Education & a post grad qualification in Psychology. I am a 16 times Global Award-Winning Speaker, Author, Poet & Mental Health Practitioner, not a psychologist. Depth and the speed of inner shifts are my coaching and brand differentiators. I possess 33 years of industry experience, am highly outcomes based and targeted in my approach and excited to engage further with you!
