About Me

I have worked in my own private, adult psychotherapy practice since 2003, after receiving my PhD as a psychologist.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing relationships difficulties, work/career conflict, identity issues, and the anxiety and depression that may result from these struggles.
As an adjunct to psychotherapy, I also offer coaching services for clients working toward specific personal goals in areas such as relationships, career/work, parenting and self care (e.g. weight loss, improved work-life balance, meditation/mindfulness practices).
