It is my opinion that as important as it is to coach you through your current challenge it is more important to help you discover why you have the challenge and where all of your answers are. As a coach I have a host of techniques that will help you focus and over come your present condition. How ever It is possible to defeat your challenge and not understand how or why you were successful.
I think each client should learn to conquer similar situations. The only way this is possible is for the coach to slow down the process and let the client understand the strategy that causes the challenge. And where in that strategy to interrupt the pattern to get a different outcome. With this information the coach empowers the client with techniques that they can use on their own.
