I coach stressed and depressed mama's who struggle to find time to 'fill their own cup" to nourish themselves in the way they need.

I will start you with "Your Human Design Chart Reading" identifying your own unique energy mechanics to understand how you best operate in your world and how you have been operating out of alignment with yourself. I then offer my coaching program "The DeepSelf Alignment Program" to further and deepen your alignment. This program will clarify what you really want and dream of in your life, where and what accesses your energy, what is blocking you and detangle from it, stepping into a blessed and expressed Mama reality, every day.

I have been coaching for two years now. I trained to read human design charts six years ago.
