About Me

Having spent 20-odd years running a small business consultancy and growing 4 (now adult) children, I indulged my life-long interest, or perhaps obsession, in self-help and wellbeing to train as a coach.
I trained with CTI as a Life Coach, quickly followed by Life Clubs for group coaching workshops, and within 2 years had also trained in nonviolent communication and the Dialogue Road Map with Peaceful Solutions, to become a mediator (while getting divorced myself).
I now work with individuals, couples and groups, often to help them through the potentially dangerous, deep and fast-flowing waters of the river of conflict. Perhaps I should call myself the conflict coach.
