About Me
I am a Leadership Coach, HR Executive and Entrepreneur. My business HR Alliance Consulting and Coaching provides Leadership Coaching to individuals and teams and HR Executive Consulting support for organizations.
For the past twenty years, I have been coaching leaders and high-potential talent. I am a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). I completed my Advanced Coach Training through the Co-Active Training Institute in 2006 and completed graduate studies in Executive Coaching with Royal Roads University. In addition, I am a certified EQi-2.0, EQ360 and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) practitioner.
My coaching is grounded in authenticity and is based on my client's agenda for growth and development. I have worked with executives, professionals, entrepreneurs and others seeking greater career development and achievement.
My mission is to co-create a safe space for aspiring leaders to become catalysts in their lives and organizations through the exploration and discovery of their unique passion, purpose and possibilities thereby shifting mindsets, and generating extraordinary results! My personal values of trust, integrity and transparency inform how I show up as a professional coach and thinking partner.
My experience as a Human Resources Executive and Trusted Advisor compliments my Leadership Coaching approach. In addition to working with organizations, I also coach individuals in the attainment of their professional goals and aspirations.

I find myself in the difficult position of trying to write a testimonial that adequately explains the role Lori Sone-Cooper has played for me over the past 12 years or so. I initially found myself in a position where my title and responsibilities were growing faster than my non-technical skill sets. I was young(er) and ambitious but my inability to professionally articulate and present solutions to challenges was holding me back from being promoted. From this, my leadership coaching relationship with Lori was born. Even though our formal coaching relationship concluded when I left the organization, we connected regularly to this day and she still serves as a sounding board when I need a safe place to sound off and work things out. There has not been a job change that I have made where I did not run it past her first. Our work together has allowed me to hold the top job in my field for the past two organizations that I have worked in. Lori has a passion for coaching. She truly cares and this is what motivates her.
