I am certified Nutrition and Fitness Coach, dedicated wife and loving mother. I am grateful to be able to follow my passion in becoming a nutrition and wellness coach and work with individuals, families & corporations to improve their health and family life.

I received my training through American Fitness Professionals and Associates. AFPA provides world-class health, fitness & nutrition certification programs to world-class professionals.

I lead group workshops and fitness classes, as well as provide individual coaching services on nutrition and fitness.

As a Nutrition and Fitness Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial.
