About Me

I am passionate about helping people create lives that give them happiness and balance, and much of this has to do with the work they are paid to do. I work with clients who want to:
-figure out a career track or college that works for them
-know how to best use their strengths and passions
-understand how attitudes and habits impact their success and happiness

I was trained through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, an ICF-accredited program, where I also earned my certificate as an Energy Leader Index Master Practitioner. Through this specialized training, I am able to perform a unique assessment on my clients that helps us see how attitudes affect behavior in all of life's situations.
