About Me

My coaching end game is pretty simple. My goal is to help you help yourself in an upbeat, confidential environment.

We'll set up a virtual meet and greet to determine what area(s) you need coaching in. At the end of each virtual session, you'll be given homework to complete before the next session. Each piece of home work you are given will get you closer to obtain your goal(s). My door is always open and so are my ears.

What can I offer you?
1. Knowledge in relationships, marriage, divorce, and how to cope (I have been through it all, and have come out the other side).

2.I have experience with ADHD and Anxiety (I've raised two gown men who have it, Married to an ADHDer who had anxiety and depression, and I personally have GAD myself).

3. Help with budgeting (I've working in accounting for years), and last but not least,

4. Teamwork. I've worked in offices where I was called upon to help get things back on track.

I'm a pretty laid back person who enjoys taking with others, hearing their stories, and helping where I can. I usually learn something new on the daily, be it about life in general, someone else or myself.

I've been told I'm easy to talk to by folks who usually have a hard time sharing things about themselves. My daughter-In-Law, husband, and former co-workers have told me they feel safe and comfortable around me.

At the end of the day though, it's up to you to determine if I am the coach for you.
