About Me

Hi, I’m Loren!

I’m on a journey to help people in the game and technology industries overcome obstacles, find success, and achieve their goals in ways that are true and authentic to themselves.

I spent 13 years working in and around the games industry as a developer, manager, and manager of managers. The bulk of my career was at Microsoft where I worked in the Xbox organization, contributing to products ranging from Halo Infinite to the Xbox Live SDK. Outside of that, I have worked at three startups, two in games and one doing holographic technology, before my time at Microsoft. And after, I did a stint at Riot Games before pivoting to pursue coaching full-time.

During my career I found my passion for helping others succeed. Some of my fondest memories are of times I was able to help someone get back on track, navigate the complex intersection of life and work, or figure out how to achieve their goal in a way that was right for them. And I knew coaching was the right path when I noticed that no matter what, I always had the time and energy to help with these things. This brings me to now where I’m actively coaching clients while working towards earning my first certification with International Coaching Federation!

Outside of coaching, I live in the Pacific Northwest with my wife and two kids in beautiful Washington State. Between work and family, I try my best to keep up with the top games of the year, pursue crafts in wood working and model making, and going motorcycling around the mountains.
