About Me

I have a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and have almost completed my Masters of Arts in counselling psychology. I’ve struggled through periods where depression has been bad and I’ve dealt with an eating disorder and felt trapped. My struggles caused me to lose so many memories with friends and family, it impacted my relationship with my husband and it drained me of any desire to live. I thought about death constantly and never thought things could ever get better until I started fighting. At first it didn’t feel like I was making progress but overtime the small steps built up to bigger ones that led to a complete 180! I am now living the life I never dreamed of having, I smile more and I am finally achieving and working towards my goals!

I get what it’s like to struggle and wrestle through difficult times and I want to be there for you to support you through it!
