Ancient nondual philosophy originating in India. Based on “jnana” or direct knowledge.
• Lived in ashram with a direct path teacher Sri Moojibaba for 4 months.
• Digested 3,000 hours of his teachings.

Zen Buddhism
Spiritual lineage with emphasis on Zazen practice as a method of uncovering true nature.
• Attended 5 silent retreats with Adyashanti, a contemporary spiritual teacher with 14 year background in Zen.
• Digested over 2,000 hours of teachings from Adyashanti
• Maintained a disciplined zazen practice for over two years.

Karma Yoga
Another ancient approach to spirituality based on selfless service.
• Lived in ashram of saint Sri Mata Amritananda. Known for giving 33 million hugs worldwide.
• Performed karma yoga and attended Amma’s services.
