About Me

Emotional, behavioral or academic struggles impede people from doing their best, and I am a resource for people who want to help find solutions. This includes common issues faced by all adolescents, teens, adults and families, as well as those individuals who are going through the 504/IEP (Special Education) process in schools.

My approach is strength-based and solution focused. I work on mindset development to teach people how to grow their self-esteem, resilience and achievement in order to set goals and gain skills they can use for the rest of their lives.

I am a practicing School Counselor and have been working in the public school setting for nearly 20 years. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation into my work and believe that mental health and wellness is paramount to everything else. I am skilled at organizing frameworks, structures and identifying goals to develop realistic action plans for you.
