About Me

I am an experienced Coach with over 800 coaching hours, having coached over 400 individuals. I spent 13 years working for Tesco in various L&D and HR roles before discovering Coaching and fell in love with it as a career.

With my creativity and talent for inspiring those around me your coaching session will be challenging , fun and personally and professionally rewarding , for us both!

I have invested heavily in my Professional development. Currently awaiting my final exam to be a PCC standard coach with the ICF, becoming the 2nd of 2 in Scotland.
I am also an NLP Practitioner , Stress Management Consultant , Coach Supervisor and Mentor.

I blend these skills and my interest in Reiki and EFT seemlessly with my warmth and compassion.
