With a background in the corporate world, I found my calling in fostering meaningful conversations. Life's challenges have equipped me to create safe spaces for clients from every background. Holding a PCC qualification and an MBA in Sustainable Systems Design, I integrate wisdom from psychology, neuroscience, performance science, bioenergetics, and spiritual practices into my coaching and am committed to continuous growth. I'm based in Seattle, sharing life with my partner, two cats, and flourishing plants.
