I have been working with Lisette for over 2 years. It started with leadership coaching when I took on a challenging transformational project at Sneak Energy as their Fractional CMO. As a seasoned executive Ive always been able to bridge the gap between visionary ideas and tactical execution. However I always struggled with setting the right expectations, building respect and working rapport with C-suite colleagues that may have different priorities and delegation. As such before working with Lisette I would often hit burnout, become ineffective in the long run and more frustratingly fail to build long lasting C-suite relationships despite delivering business results. Lisette helped me become aware of these behavioural patterns and specially shined light on the root causes which had become my belief system over the years. I started working with Lisette during a transitionary period in my life after having left a job that left me in burnout.
