Hi, I’m Lisa!

As a licensed psychotherapist, coach, and founder of the Leadership and Happiness Center, I am passionate about helping individuals and leaders strengthen their mental resilience and self-command so they can step into their full potential. To do this, I use what’s called the science of happiness, also known as positive psychology.

I have successfully helped thousands of high-potential managers, executives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries with leadership development and career advancement. With my support and coaching, these clients were able to overcome an array of challenges, including their inner-critic, imposter syndrome, burnout, conflict avoidance, and major career/life transitions.

The methodology I use as a coach includes extensive positive psychology and emotional intelligence training, a strength-based approach, resilience and accountability tools and self-mastery. The goal for this work is to create well-being, purpose, balance, and overall happiness in the lives of my clients.
