About Me

I’ve always passionately believed in the inherent power and potential of the individual, but oftentimes we’re too close to the action to clearly see the big picture commitment. As a Life, Leadership, and Career Coach, I partner with corporate and individual clients to create clarity, distinguish new avenues of potential, and generate powerful action and structures of accountability to produce permanent, transformative results. My focus lies in career transformation, professional growth and development, work/life balance, and personal life transition support. Bringing progressive practices, a dynamic perspective, and an action-oriented focus, I provide the opportunity, balance, and velocity to support personal and professional transformation.

I’m a Professional Coach Trainer -- training and supporting coaches to enhance their own skills -- and Associate of Accomplishment Coaching, an ACTP* accredited program considered to be “The World’s Finest Coach Training Program”, and specialize in Leadership and Career Coaching. Prior to becoming a professional coach, I was director of a recruiting department for a Fortune 100 Financial Company in New York City and led the strategizing and implementation of talent acquisition for their Manhattan office. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing over 8 years of recruiting and human resources leadership in non-profits, tech companies and start-ups, receiving recognition in innovative techniques, cultivating talent potential, and developing corporate culture. I earned a degree in Anthropology and Economics from Bucknell University. I’m also an active member of the Education Board for the International Coaching Federation, Philadelphia Chapter.
