About Me

My passion is coaching leaders and teams to higher levels of success. My career has focused around working for nonprofit organizations. For most of the decade I worked for non-profits, I worked in human services in support of services to people with disabilities. During this time, I spent five years at the executive level and found my passion for coaching internal staff. In 2016 I completed training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) as a Co-Active Coach. Coaching was transformative in my work as a manager and I started LMNOP Coaching to expand my coaching work with individuals and organizations.

Today, I work with driven clients who are looking to level up their life. With my background in the nonprofit sector, I work primarily with individuals in mission driven work who are at risk of burnout, seeking a career change, or wanting more fulfillment. Whether its achieving work life balance, finding alignment with their purpose, building a better relationship with their inner circle, or strengthening communication with their team, my clients achieve results.
