About Me

Throughout my 32 years in the corporate world and spending the past 16 as a Vice President in the Oil & Gas Industry I have gained a solid foundation in the business world and yet also have the unique skill set as coming from a long line of Holistic Healers. As a Certified Master Coach Practitioner, Certified Goal Success Coach, and a Certified Relationship Facilitator, I’ve been successfully coaching clients and facilitating their self-growth and achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life so that you can overcome them with confidence.

As a child of divorce, a parent to children of divorce an now an authority in parenting after separation/divorce, I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward to having a healthy relationship with your ex-partner for the best health of your children.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

As a Reiki Master, Aromatherapist and a Certified member of the International Association of Holistic Practitioners I also offer tips to aid in your spiritual growth if requested.
