About Me

Somatic-based relationship coaching is for leaders ready to transform their relationships by diving deep within. I help spiritual 30-40-year-olds seeking deeper connections, confident communication, and more authentic, fulfilling lives. Relationships are one of the most profound arenas for growth, and by exploring the unconscious emotional patterns that hold them back, my clients access a space of clarity and self-awareness.

Through somatic practices, we work together to release old blocks and shift limiting beliefs that no longer serve them. As a result, my clients begin to express their true selves and feel more confident in their interactions. They take bold actions that align with their values, attract the relationships they’ve always dreamed of, and navigate them with ease and authenticity.
