About Me

Lisa work exclusively with Financial Services clients, from high-potentials to C-suite executives, both aspiring and senior leaders in asset & wealth management, capital markets, banking, private markets, and securities law. She has 25+ years of Financial Services experience, including 12 years on Wall Street and 20 successful years as an executive recruiter and coach. She understands the pressures and pace that define market-related roles.

Lisa started her career as a FINRA-licensed research sales/trading professional and her deep knowledge of the business creates a strong base and quick credibility for her practice. Clients appreciate her direct coaching style, keen listening skills, and proven ability to enable positive, practical change. Lisa is also a Core Guide for the CHIEF organization, facilitating leadership groups for executive women. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, she is a SHRM-CP and is certified in several psychometric assessments including Hogan, WAVE, EQ-i 2.0 and 360, and Rocket Model Teams. She firmly believes that awareness is the beginning of all change.
