About Me

In 1984 I followed my childhood dream and moved to France. I am British and French and have worked for 35 years in Human Resources & Leadership Development. During this time I have helped many individuals grow their skills and competencies and make life changing decisions leading them to have successful careers and lives in which they thrive.

Through my coaching, I help people who are facing important decisions in their professional and personal lives. I help them gain clarity, make decisions and pursue opportunities that are important for them.

I do this by building a trusting relationship with you so that I can help you identify what you really want and the best way to overcome any obstacles or challenges. I will listen intently to you and ask powerful questions so that you can explore different options and possibilities. I will then help you build an action plan and implement the appropriate behaviors to successfully achieve your objectives.

During the process you will gain in confidence and build on your strengths which will enable you to make decisions and successfully take on new challenges.
