About Me

Lindsay is a transformational life coach and an expert in happiness and mindfulness. Her distinctive approach integrates breathwork, mindfulness, embodiment practices, appreciative inquiry, Positive Intelligence, and evidence-based positive psychology, making her coaching highly effective and uniquely impactful.

Certified in laughter yoga and trained as a happiness expert by Marci Shimoff—a globally recognized figure featured in The Secret—Lindsay brings unparalleled expertise to her practice. She has also collaborated with John Robbins, the influential social activist and bestselling author of Diet for a New America, whose work ignited a worldwide consciousness about our dietary choices.

Lindsay has a master's degree in positive psychology coaching and is pursuing PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, she is deepening her mastery of the transformative Solignment Breath Process under the tutelage of Julia Mikk, an internationally acclaimed healer and teacher, and pursuing certification as a mindfulness teacher.

Beyond her coaching prowess, Lindsay is a published poet and a creative artist. Under Shiny Happy Hats, she crafts unique, high-vibration hats and creates Shiny Happy Art, infusing joy and whimsy into living spaces.
