About Me
I’m a personal coach committed to helping you integrate EQ, conflict response, and personal visioning skills so you can create a life you love. My clients include business owners, professionals in leadership positions or in transition, and nurse professionals. I work with nurse professionals because of my background, most recently as a certified professional in patient safety (CPPS). My coaching style is relaxed, outcome-focused, and flexible depending on your goals. I strive to infuse humor, gratitude, and joy to keep you inspired in your change process.
We partner to help you focus and apply these personal skills in:
• daily decision-making;
• managing stress overload;
• preventing or managing burnout;
• self-mediating acute or intractable conflict; and
• using your personal values to define your life purpose and act on your vision.
We apply these skills in every personal and professional setting, either mindfully with intention or unaware and unintentionally. These skills affect and support the quality of every relationship. When we improve these skills, we positively impact our health, wellbeing, and success. We also positively impact the lives of everyone we touch.
My Education, Experience, and Expertise Include:
• EQ assessment, coaching, and training (Six Seconds);
• conflict resolution and mediation;
• neurolinguistics and neuroscience;
• human factors error evaluation;
• human relations and organizational psychology; and
• systems improvement
I’m a lifelong learner, studying human behavior, performance, and improvement. For me, life is always about human connection – to self, to others, to spirituality, to resources, and to continuing curiosity about how we live in the world. My clients often refer to me as insightful, calming, and trustworthy, always working to keep them curious and reflective of their processes and goals. I love this work and every instance is an opportunity for us to learn, grow, and plan next steps.
