About Me
I'm a certified Health/Life Coach, graduated from Health Coach Institute, Health Coach Success Mastermind Academy's Anti-Inflammation Program, and Carmen Hunter's Health Coaching Clarity group. During some 30 years in the service industry, I helped countless people address a variety of life issues. When I realized that my passion was helping people overcome problems, reclaim their power, and enjoy a greatly improved quality of life, I dedicated myself to becoming a health/life coach.
Above all else, a good coach has to be a good listener with strong intuitive skills, a can-do mindset, and a genuine desire to help make the world a better, happier place, one client at a time. A sense of humor also helps.By offering the right support along with proven tools and techniques, my clients overcome anxiety, fear, depression, victimhood, and struggle, and realize greater self-care, well-being, and joy in being alive.
