About Me
My coaching career began nearly ten years ago with a powerful experiential learning opportunity for individuals, groups, teams to gain new awareness about themselves and others, the art of being present and learning to effectively manage thoughts and emotions by partnering with horses in a nontraditional experience. This partnership lends a fresh learning opportunity of self-discovery and self-awareness. My clients experienced a head to heart connection that spring boarded them into action and empowered change.
For the last several years I've been working with solopreneurs and individuals who are creative and self-motivated to make change happen in their lives and the lives of others. Often as a result, there are challenges that come with such responsibility like feeling alone and on your own to figure things out, come up with all the answers, stay creative and present. It's natural to need support for an energy boost or new perspective or help with refocusing on what's important or how to come up with fresh new ideas or solutions. This is where my role as your coach comes in to facilitate the process that encourages personal growth, sustaining confidence, embracing change, taking a new approach, navigating through murky waters and unexpected life challenges.
We know life can get complicated, challenging and messy but what you tell yourself and the story you choose to believe is the game changer. Be, Do, Have is a core principal I value and offer open discussion for those interested. Most importantly you have the answers from within and I fully support deep exploration and self-discovery without judgement or attachment.
My work ethic encourages digging deep, doing the uncomfortable, learning from our failures, aligning with our values and allowing for adjustments in our next steps. I coach from a rich perspective gained from years of education, working in the corporate world, being a mother and an solopreneur. The journey starts with a Yes, just say "Yes!"
