About Me
I have years of experience working with hundreds of clients in clinical settings struggling with OCD and Anxiety related disorders using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
I currently have had my own private practice for over a year serving those with Anxiety related disorders as well as those with cyclical avoidance/procrastination behaviors.
