About Me

I am a systemic coach, trained at Artop, Berlin, recognised by the German Federal Coaching Association (DBVC). Currently, I am completing a second training with Solutions Academy (ICF accredited). I have an engineering degree from the Technical University in Sofia and an MBA from INSEAD. My working languages are Bulgarian and English.

My professional experience spans a wide range. I began my career as a business journalist and later held positions as a business editor, managing editor, and executive director at two companies. For the past decade, I have been a managing partner at a Media-Tech company, now a well-established business that has moved beyond the startup phase.

Given my extensive business background, I offer an analytical, practical approach to understanding and solving problems. I am well-suited to coaching managers and entrepreneurs.

Coaching represents the next phase of my professional journey, driven by my motivation to assist my clients in achieving their goals, whether they are professional, personal, or a complex combination.

In coaching conversations, the client, of course, is the expert in their own challenges. I participate responsibly in the process of exploration, aiming to help the client gain new insights and clarity about themselves, their situation, the possibilities for action, and the steps towards their goals.
