About Me

Are you someone that feels unmotivated or lost? Do you feel like you are living life through a glass window? Have you lost courage to go after your dreams? My passion is to understand the unconscious motivations stopping us from living our desired life. I believe that therapy enables us to have a deeper understanding of our fears and limiting beliefs. It also enables us to reflect on our emotions before and after we react. It is to become more aware of our repetitive behaviour and relationship patterns to the world. In our sessions we will exchange ideas and explore new brain pathways to recognize the patterns holding you back.
I graduated in Psychology at Mackenzie Presbyterian University and I am a fully qualified clinical psychologist/psychotherapist. I have also achieved a Masters degree in Clinical Social and Cognitive Neuroscience at City University of London. I specialise in Psychodynamic Therapy and Positive Psychology.
The insight obtained in therapy will help you to better identify your needs and give you a greater freedom and authenticity when responding to everyday life. I help you unravel, experience and understand your true in a safe and contained environment.
