I'm passionate about helping others be and feel their best. I am an empathetic listener and I understand feeling stuck, stressed and overwhelmed.

My 17+ year career includes managing corporate marketing for large Fortune 500 corporations. While the paycheck and experience were great, I desired a more fulfilling career that aligned with my values.

So, in 2021, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and invented a patent-pending zero waste bath product called the "noofah" (a.k.a. the new loofah), launching Noofah Body Care LLC while working a full time job. Starting my own business helped me overcome fears of risk-taking and gave me more confidence.

In 2024, I transitioned from corporate life to launch my personal leadership coaching business. I'm dedicated to helping professionals reimagine their life's possibilities, develop positive habits and mindsets, and achieve meaningful goals—both professionally and personally.

As a Certified Professional Coach credentialed through Coach Diversity Institute (CDI)—a program recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching—I employ transformational coaching concepts that help clients believe in themselves, develop growth mindsets, set goals and stay accountable to their life's vision.

I hold an MA in Museum & Non-profit Management from Seton Hall and a BA in Communication from Rutgers College.

I love traveling, hiking, reading and comedy.
