About Me

Letisha Schwaesdall is certified as a Holistic Wellness Coach, Life Coach, Spiritual Counselor and Reflexologist with special training in Yoga, Meditation and Aromatherapy. Following her passion to help others, she is determined to find interesting and beneficial alternative therapies to accommodate a diverse group of clients and assist them with illnesses and/or loss of balance in their lives. With the present times changing and seemingly becoming even more stressful, Letisha strives to give her clients the one-on-one attention, tools and constant support to reach total wellness. Experiencing a journey herself and then obtaining the education to make her life more balanced, she offers many methods and has the compassion to accommodate many issues. Trust and authenticity is the foundation that Letisha bases her practice on so that anyone will feel at ease and welcomed.
