About Me

After years of toxic involvements, emotionally draining flings, a loveless marriage and finally, divorce, she had enough of repeating the same destructive behavior with the wrong men.

One morning as she glanced at herself in the mirror after a shower, she was struck by what she saw:

“Oh! There you are!”

Those words marked the beginning of her journey into self-discovery and ultimately, a satisfying love relationship. As Leta studied the healthy couples around her, she learned that it was not enough to be attractive to great guys; she had be attracted to them as well.

She learned how to do exactly that, and in just under two years, she met and married the love of her life.

Using her experience and training as a springboard, Leta now helps single women break destructive patterns with the wrong type of men and develop healthy and exciting relationships with great guys.

Leta earned her credentials as a Certified Professional Life Coach at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is also accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

She and her husband live near Greenville, South Carolina. Between the two of them, they have four fantastic adult children, a geriatric Boston Terrier, and a surly, yet highly entertaining Maine Coon cat.
