About Me

Hello! I’m Leslie Pogue and I look forward to meeting with you. I believe we are all happy, but it is just a matter of digging through the stuff that happens every day to get to it and hold on to it. There is nothing I love more than that “ah ha” moment when you realize the power you’ve had all along. But first, you must be clear on what you want, where you are starting from, and the steps to move into your own journey.

Through the years, I have faced similar situations as a lot of people; feeling under-utilized at work, unhappy with my relationships both personal and professional, stuck, confused, and oftentimes just lost. I have used coaching myself and wanted to use my talents and knowledge to help others in a more deliberate way

I see my role as your coach as a guide to help you get clear on what you truly want and support you in creating your path to get there in three phases:

Phase I
We’ll start with some assessments and intake forms to get a sense of where you are in your life, what’s important to you, what’s working, and what your goals are.

Phase II
We’ll do a deep dive into what’s been stopping you and why you’re not making the progress you’d like to make.

Phase III
We’ll get practical about goals and your path forward. This is a continual process. We start, make some progress, then reassess as you gather more information about yourself, and adjust accordingly.
