About Me

Whether it was a friend in 7th grade trying to navigate a relationship problem, a college student needing career planning, or a VP dealing with a difficult people issue; I have always felt a calling to help others.
With a background in University Career Advising and Human Resources, I am excited to help others as a Certified Jay Shetty Coach – helping others reach their potential and understand their life purpose.

As a member of the Global People and Culture leadership team for A-dec, Inc. for 25 years, I worked side-by-side with Executives and Senior Leaders across the globe to identify misalignments, facilitate organizational breakthroughs and team cohesion, and define and manage talent initiatives. To put it simply – I provided coaching to all levels of leadership and individuals needing help with a challenging situation getting in the way of their own and the company’s success.

I have also faced significant challenges in my life. I am a breast cancer survivor, experienced significant loss due to death and divorce, and supported a loved one through a difficult medical diagnosis. Through life’s ups and downs, I’ve learned how to keep hope amidst the chaos and am energized by helping others do the same.

My ideal client is someone who wants help identifying goals and what is getting in the way of achieving them. Although I have extensive experience with coaching in the workplace, I approach the challenge wholistically helping identify the current state of both professional and personal aspects. Then we can focus on what roadblocks are the highest priority, develop an attainable roadmap for success, implement the roadmap and work together to make it happen!

My approach is casual and inviting. I utilize proven tools and learn by listening and asking thought-provoking questions to help my clients identify challenges, opportunities and what they desire in life.
