About Me
Len Norten is the Founder and Coach of Peak Results. Our business coaching services have been the culmination of lessons learned over 40 years of challenges and frustrations, successes and failures, working for large corporations and owning our own small business. But most importantly, we’ve built a reputation of trust, quality and excellence with dozens of business owners since 2018.
Our Peak Results operating framework helps business owners get the results they want from their businesses and consists of the following components:
-The Vision includes your Purpose, Key Focus, Long-Term Objectives and Core Values.
-Planning which incorporates your Annual, Financial and Marketing Plans.
-People consists of Leadership, Culture, Right People, Right Seats and Employee Engagement.
-Processes include all your key processes such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Human Resources and Accounting.
-Execution includes your Scorecards, Accountability, Meetings and Communication. This is the critical component that many frameworks overlook.
Len's background started with achieving a BS in Economics and MBA, and then starting his professional career in finance at American Airlines, ultimately managing a $150MM subsidiary. From there, he held senior leadership roles in planning and operations with other Fortune 500 companies such as John Deere, Cisco Systems and American Express. These roles were filled with many successes and lessons learned.
Len’s entrepreneurial spirit was finally recognized when he joined a small mobility dealer as CFO and COO. There he led the growth of the business from one to ten locations in four states quickly becoming one of the leading mobility dealers in the United States.
After selling the business, Len started Peak Results and his coaching practice focusing on helping business owners improve their results. He's also an Adjunct Professor of Business at a local college and has served on a number on nonprofit boards.
