About Me

I was born South Korea and came to Germany with my parents in the early 90ies. Life took me through different countries starting from an early age, but in none of the places I could feel home or accomplished, neither locally, nor later as an adult professionally. My relationships at that time were troubled as well, both family and love relationships were taking a toll on me. Life felt like a permanent struggle.
It was as if I was desperately knocking on various doors and nobody opened, even though I sometimes banged my head against them. I had not yet found my "dharma". That which helped me through phases of exhaustion and depression was my spiritual and yogic practice. Since I came into contact with the teachings of Advaita Vedanta as a young adult, I dedicated myself to the "inner" work. Tantra and Bhakti yoga are part of my spiritual path as well. In my 20's I had a traumatic experience, which in retrospect was liberating. I was freed from everything that held me back until then. I realised how the conditionings of life were keeping me prisoner and on which "program" my subconscious was running. As C. Jung said: "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate". As a journey to myself and to reflect on my life up to that point,
I first walked the "Camino de Santiago", a pilgrimage 800km through Spain. Following this pilgrimage I went to India and did my Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. Both experiences were a turning point in my life. On these paths I met wonderful teachers who taught me the power of devotion and unconditional love. I learned that "the inner work" is the most important work we can do for ourselves and the world we live in, as transformation comes from within. In this I would like to assist and support you - To do the "inner work" and to find your way to inner freedom. I'd gladly serve you as a mentor and friend to navigate through life with more ease and peace of mind.
