About Me

I come from what most would call a “non-traditional” career path. I have your classic come-up story but the truth is though, I didn’t do it alone. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some really great mentors who taught me how to lead, how to stand out, and how to rise above; but also how to live a life that is full of joy, purpose, and fulfillment. I would not be who I am today without these people guiding me along the way. Now it's my turn to help others do the same by paying it forward. This is why I got into coaching. I love working with people who are willing to take a chance on themselves by investing in their future—it's amazing to watch others grow into their full potential.

Who am I? I am an entrepreneur at heart. I’ve always had a side-project on the back burner that I was working on, even at some of my best paying or rewarding jobs. I’ve made business plans out of boredom, lol. It’s just part of who I am. Some projects I was able to get off the ground, a few were successful, and some were total failures. But each time I tried something new, I learned something. If you learned something along the way, it was not a failure, it was a lesson. A learning opportunity. A new perspective or insight. I whole-heartedly believe we learn more from our mistakes than we do our successes.

I've built on each of those lessons and that knowledge has helped me on my journey. Today, I am the Director of Operations for a multi-store retail chain and have helped grow the company from a startup to a team of almost 100 employees.
