About Me

Stapleton Coaching Services was created so that I could help people and organizations manage change on their own terms. Then Covid happened and the rate of change in the world grew exponentially, but my passion for helping others reach their full potential however did not. Watching people overcome adversity, grow, create and Increase performance, change roles, and's add value and balance to their lives and business is what I am all about and now I am here to help you bring about a work-life balance that works for you.
I began my own Coaching journey after a number of events that very nearly broke me.
I became a single mother, with one Special needs Child, and a single earner with what can only be described as Financial issues. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and was unsure if I would be able to continue to support myself and those who rely on me.
I looked for a coach to help me work out how I would have to adapt to keep my career. I needed someone available outside of working hours, and preferably online I could not find anyone, so I took a class and gained a Level 4 Qualification in Life Coaching from the Blackford Institute.
Since then I have continued to work in Telecommunications and Technology, seeing a need for women in our Industry to be empowered to do more and more. Maybe it’s creating a better work- life balance, or developing your career, maybe you simply want to increase your performance or confidence or get that new App finally produced and to Market?
