I hold 16 years of mental health nursing experience, and am passionate about the body-mind connection, as well as working with the nervous system to develop resiliency. I provide bodywork in relation to trauma and overall well being . I create trust, safety, and compassion in a non-judgmental space, in order to provide quality care for all clients.
I work with clients of all ages to aide them in finding hope, healing, and achieve wholeness in life. I love helping clients reach their goals for a more empowered life, and I truly believe that compassionate care, hope, and fulfillment are available to all who seek support.
