About Me

I guide my clients through grief recovery, subconscious reprogramming, breathwork, yoga nidra, and transformational coaching sessions designed to reconnect you with your power, peace, and purpose. Together, we create a sacred space where all parts of you are welcome — even the ones you’ve pushed down or been told to hide.

I’m a certified Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Breathwork Facilitator, and a specialist in the Grief Recovery Method®. My approach is holistic, heart-centered, and grounded in the belief that you already hold the answers — I simply help you remember how to listen.
