About Me

I'm a weight loss and confidence coach specializing in habit and mindset change. I like helping busy entrepreneurs and professionals with a strong desire to lose weight, slow down, and enjoy life.

My school of discipline is the Health Coach Institute, and I'm a dual-certified coach in both Health and Life. I've been a coach for almost a year. I enjoy delving deep (and slowly) with people into their identity and beliefs in order to create clarity, and helping them bring about the behaviors that they require to create the experiences that they want.

We build foundations, establish tokens of motivation, and implement the right system and accountability for YOU, in order to become the kind of person that you want to be.
