Dear all, For the first time since I have been making my yearly goals, I finally achieved 70% of my goals in 2018. It was possible due to constant coaching of Lawrence Anthony. At first my goals were not well written and Lawrence gave me easy tips to write comprehensive goals statement. In pursuing those goals, I was lazy and directionless in the start, but he continuously asked about the progress and challenges I was facing. I discussed all the lame and valid challenges with him and he really addressed each of them and helped me finding a solution which can be suitable for me under certain circumstances. His idea of making an accountability partner really worked for me and I made him my accountability partner (because he is the best I can get). Finally, at the end of the year I was feeling fulfilled with my progress due to dedicated coaching of Lawrence. I achieved my goals in all aspects of my life. I started exercise for health, I discontinued sugar and cold drinks from my diet, I finished 5 books and many more. Year 2019 is in progress and once again I am progressing very well at the middle of this year with the help of direction of Lawrence and his dedicated efforts towards me. I would recommend Lawrence to everyone who are looking for a competent coach and have always struggled to achieving your goals. Thank you! Ijlal Ahmed
